Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
June 4 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 164(JUD) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to disclosures required for the sale of a used                                                               
          motor vehicle, including a trailer, by a motor vehicle
